Pilates and Gyrotonic® training are low-impact exercise methods that can be practised by anyone regardless of age, body shape and level of ability and fitness. Movements are repeated fluidly in coordination with breath either on a mat or specially designed equipment to add resistance.

Training in Pilates and Gyrotonic® methods will help you develop

In a one-to one environment, an exercise programme is created to achieve maximum benefit to fulfill your individual specific requirements. Although Pilates and Gyrotonic® training is not aerobic, through regular practice you will transform your physical appearance and improve your metabolism.

If you prefer to be taught at your work place or in your own home,
a work-out can be created without the use of equipment. 

Please note we currently offer one-to-one and two-to-one session only. No group classes.
