Yoga In Motion, whether restorative or dynamic, provides a  work-out where no special equipment is used. The emphasis lays on building confidence, strength, fluidity and stamina by either holding  postures for a certain amount of time or moving through choreographed sequences. In this way you can improve

  • Endurance
  • Range of movement
  • Nerve and muscle strength
  • Emotional and physical well- being

As each person differs, each day, sessions can also be conducted with very different qualities, from a very gentle and relaxing approach to a physically more demanding training, depending on the clients' circumstances and goals.
Whichever way of practise you choose, a session will release muscle tension and leave you energised, refreshed and invigorated.

Please note we currently offer one-to-one and two-to-one session only. No group classes.
